Customer Service Executive

This is the front-line of the company which represent the company and deal directly with all potential clients via emails, social media, phones, Whatsapp etc (digital channels) and offline face-to-face.

Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Project Location(s): Seksyen 26, Shah Alam, SEL
Education: min. Diploma

Responsibilities

  • To ensure potential clients enquiries are attended to accurate and timely manner
  • Handling of clients inquiries, requests & feedbacks
  • To be responsible for new clients sales conversion, appointments, sales, etc
  • Office Admin task
  • Processing orders, forms and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerism – people person
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer focus
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good verbal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette as well as social media platforms is helpful
  • Computer literate, must be able to work with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn
