PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING AS A TROIS MEMBER IN ENJOYING ITS VARIOUS LOYALTY PROGRAM BENEFITS AS PER QUALIFICATION.

By applying to Join as TROIS MEMBER, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not Apply. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your relationship with TROIS MEMBER BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES.

As a condition of your application as a TROIS MEMBER, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use the TROIS MEMBERSHIP in accordance with this Agreement; (iv) all information supplied by you pertaining to this Membership is true, accurate, current and complete. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Membership and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated by logging onto your online Account or calling the Customer Service Centre. If you do not keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to offer, or provide you, with the TROIS Membership Benefits.

There is no joining fee or any ongoing annual fee to become or remain a customer status. Your VIP customer status shall remain valid as long as you make purchase via your account not longer than 12 months from your last purchase.

You may use TROIS LOYALTY PROGRAM for personal purpose only and not for any business, commercial or other use.

TROIS LOYALTY PROGRAM can be redeemed via www.TROISwellness.com, Whatsapp (+6016.3339208) by customer personally or via their servicing TROIS Authorized Distributor with written approval from TROIS.

There is a limit of one membership per person.

Membership is non-transferable.

You consent to receive transactional, commercial and marketing communications both related to TROIS specifically, and to our other products and services generally (including products or services related to www.TROISwellness.com), from us electronically, except in those jurisdictions where your express consent is required to receive commercial or marketing communications electronically.

We will communicate with you by e-mail, Whatsapp, LINE, WeChat or by posting notices on TROISwellness.com. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

To the extent you transact on this Site through call center agents, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such transactions.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW, CANCEL AND REVERSE ANY TRANSACTION IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD, A CHARGE-BACK OF ANY TRANSACTION FEE PAID BY CREDIT CARD, OR AN ERROR OR MISTAKE MADE BY US, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ERRORS IN ANY REDEMPTION POINTS &/OR CASHBACK RELATED.

YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REMOVAL OF LOYALTY POINTS OR CASHBACK AMOUNT FROM YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM ACCOUNTS AS REQUIRED BY US TO REVERSE A CANCELLED TRANSACTION AND/OR ERROR MADE;

if your transaction requires a cash payment, we will collect certain credit card information from you, by submitting the transaction, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the amount indicated;

We acknowledges our obligation to protect cardholder data we processes or accesses through TROISwellness.com or its Official Product Websites and acknowledges we will maintain Strict Privacy Policy compliance with respect to such data.

We endeavour to provide current and accurate information on TROISwellness.com regarding the offers and transactions available to you. Nevertheless, errors and misprints occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any transaction for which the price or offer details were incorrectly displayed or for which any other erroneous or inaccurate information was provided. We reserve the right to do this at any time during the transaction process, including after a transaction has been submitted and even if the transaction has been confirmed by us. Under no circumstances are we obligated to process or complete any transaction based on any error, misprint or otherwise.

This Agreement shall remain effective until we or you terminate it. We may terminate this Agreement, your account or any portion thereof immediately, without notice to you, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, including if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions of use or engage in any fraudulent, criminal or other unauthorized activity. We may also close and terminate your account due to inactivity.

We reserve the right, at any time, to: (1) change the terms and conditions of this agreement; (2) change the Loyalty Program Offerings, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Membership; and/or (3) change any fees or charges for the Membership. Any changes we make will be effective immediately and automatically without further or special notice. Your continued use of the Site following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

We further reserve the right at any time, without notice, to: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Membership, or any portion of the Loyalty Program Offerings and Benefits, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

Disclaimer
You agree that your participation in the TROIS Member Loyalty Program shall be at your sole risk. The Membership and the services offered thereon are provided “as is” without warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties, representations, conditions or guarantees of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, all of which are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. TROIS nor any of its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, and agents warrant that your use of the Program, Site or the software will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site, the server(s) on which the Site is hosted or software are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Although We makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the balances displayed to you on TROISwellness.com are accurate and up to date, we cannot ensure that this will always be the case and hereby disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of such balances.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TROISwellness, and our respective affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) any allegation that any submissions or other materials you submit to us or transmit to us infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with the Membership.

This Agreement, together with any applicable transaction request and confirmation, and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of TROISwellness.com and the processing of any transactions thereon and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, if any, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No modification, amendment or waiver of this Agreement shall be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by us. If any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

  1. The TROIS REDEMPTION PROGRAM is made available to TROIS Registered Customers.
  2. To become a TROIS Registered Customer, you must be an individual, have a current Malaysian residential address and complete the online purchase details process on any of our product purchase Website or by submiting offline via your servicing TROIS Authorized Distributor.
  3. 1st March 2019 Update :-
    This Program has ended on 31st May 2019. TROIS Members’ can complete your Redemption before or by 30th July 2019.
  1. The TROIS CASHBACK PROGRAM is made optional to TROIS VIP Customer only.
  2. To become a TROIS VIP Customer, you must be an individual, have a current Malaysian residential address and complete the online purchase details process on any of our product purchase Website or by submitting offline via your servicing TROIS Authorized Distributor when you purchase over RM850 in a single receipt.
  3. Each CashBack Amount rewarded shall expire 12 months from the date of its purchase respectively

  5. VIP customers must maintain its Active status. VIP customers who failed to make purchase within 12 months from his/her last purchase would be classified as Inactive.
  6. All Inactive VIP customers shall have its account terminated together with all its benefits entitlement.
  7. CashBack amount has no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
  8. CashBack Products purchased are not for resale
  9. TROIS International Sdn. Bhd. reserve the its’ absolute right to make any amendment or to discountinue the CashBack Loyalty Reward Program deem necessary without prior notice or whatsoever.
  10. 1st March 2019 Update :-
    This Program has ended on 31st March 2019. TROIS Members’ can complete your Redemption before or by 14th September 2019.
  1. The NEW REDEMPTION PROGRAM is made available to TROIS Registered Customers Effective 1st March 2019.
  2. To become a TROIS Registered Customer, you must be an individual, have a current Malaysian residential address and complete the online purchase details process on any of our product purchase Website or by submiting offline via your servicing TROIS Authorized Distributor.
  3. Redemption Points from the previous expired Redemption program are not applicable nor transferable to the new redemption program.
  1. The TROIS PRODUCT VOUCHER Program is made available to TROIS Distributors only.
  2. To apply as a TROIS Distributor, you may complete the Distributor Request Form and we will get in touch with you within 2 working days from the date of application received.
  3. Each Product Voucher shall expire 6 months from the date of issuance.
  4. Product Voucher can only be used to redeem selected products based on Ala Carte Retail Price only.
  5. TROIS Distributor must maintain its Active status. TROIS Distributor who failed to fulfill its yearly sales commitment would be classified as Inactive.
  6. All Inactive TROIS Distributors shall have its account terminated together with all its benefits entitlement.
  7. Product Voucher amount has no cash redemption value and are non-transferable.
